1. Free Trial & Refund Eligibility

• 7-Day Free Trial: All new users receive 7 days of full-feature free trial with no charge.
• 14-Day Unactivated Full Refund: If you purchase a license but never activate or use the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase date.
• Refund requests for activated licenses are only approved for critical technical failures preventing normal use.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

• After the 14-day unactivated refund window expires
• Voluntary cancellation of active license mid-term
• Offline local data loss caused by user browser cache clearing
• Misuse or violation of Terms of Service
• Partial usage after activation

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our support through our official website with your order reference. Refunds are processed through Creem within 5-10 business days after approval.

4. No Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not available for licenses after activation.
